Shhhhhhhhh!!!! I really want to add a TaoTao Hellcat (or similar) to the fleet and have CL open every day looking for a used one. There were a handful of them on there in May (going for like $600-$800), however now it seems they're rare.

For full disclosure: I also own four smart cars. I have one of every generation, plus a convertible because I needed a topless car in my life. I have a feeling I'll collect more bikes than I will cars.

Oh, I understand the whole Grom Clone thing! There are so many different models out now! I like the Lifan KP Mini 150, but the price tag is a bit more than I’m willing to pay! I looked at the Hellcat too. Have you seen MAXIPADmoto’s videos on YouTube? In one video, his sister and him race. Her stock Honda Grom just walks away from him! I still like the 1st gen Vader best. Venom Motorsports has their X21R that I like...

I've not seen that channel, I'll look into it!

I think what I love most about these things are how cheap they are. Problems on my Buell can get expensive, yet if you wanted you could buy a whole new engine for a Chinese scooter/Grom clone for a couple hundred. And then most other common parts are like $20-$30.

I have my eye out for a good deal. Or who knows, maybe I'll just give in an buy new one day.

I’m minding my own business and...BAM! Next thing you know, I have a Tao Tao Hellcat on layaway! Now, I could blame RedCrowRides for telling us all the cool things he is doing/planning for his Vader, or watching all the videos on YouTube about Vaders, Hellcats, and all the other Grom Clones, but NO, I take full responsibility for my wreckless purchasing on the internet!
