I did have to replace a few hundred dollars worth of plastic after the crash landing. It could be ridden, but still would have been totaled if had to pay labor for repairs. Still need to figure out how to disassemble and straighten the front forks like we did in the olden days. Still need to figure out water leaks that short engine electronics when riding in the rain. Still need to fix coolant leaks--runs low on coolant in a couple days. My typical day 400 miles or so and seems every day riding requires 2 days or more maintenance and repairs. Not happy about such a lack of functionality.

I can attest to how bad AZ drivers are. I'm 60 and have lived in the Phoenix area all my life. Those damn birds are bad, but I think anybody on a cell phone is worse. I avoid sun city like the plague. I never park a bike in a parking lot and go off and leave it. I have a beater car for that.
