are those the handlebars that came with the bike? thats the first i've seen without a crossbar.
The handle bars on the Brozz do not have a cross bar either. I guess it's a Bashan's thing. So far I'm not seeing an upgraded Hawk. The upgrade is the sticker!

Don said it has the higher geared sprockets and carb. Can you tell the sprocket with a pic? If so, let me know and I will take pics.

So it has a Yuasa battery, right well that's a good thing. Count the teeth on the front and rear. And a pic of the carb would be awesome. Oh and did it come with an NGK spark plug?

Also remember, nothing is etched in stone. You may set something up the first time, thinking it looks best....then a couple months and miles down the road, you end up changing some things. That's all normal.

Would love to see a pic of where the air boot attaches to the air box to see if it got a better setup than what the Hawk has.

I'd say the biggest upgrade is the ability to register it without sweating in a DMV line in 49 states.

Regardless it is a heavy bike man handling it is rough i get help when i put it on the stand aka a 5 gallon bucket,im only 5'6",i can lift it just to damn short to put it up up,some my bust your balls some will support you.Buying a bike in pieces and doing some assembly is a hell of a lot more than a lot of folks out there riding can say, that being said riding down the rode 60 mph can be dangerous and you/me want to make sure its right, just my 2 cents.

More questions

I still need to go to the store and get a few things, like loctite, so I haven't really torqued anything down yet.

I have a few more questions.

1. What is this hose? It came in the box of parts and I didn't see it in the assembly video...and I can't see where it would possible go.

2. Bolt to use for the ignition. My ignition looks something like the one below, but it's white. The only bolt I have that fits the threaded mount is the bolt below. I'm questioning it because it's a hex bolt (allen key), which seems weird to me, and it's on the shorter side. Does this look the correct bolt?

I just viewed the new assembly video for the Brozz that Calcune posted. It's definitely better than the other one but the guy doesn't grease anything or use loctite on anything so I wouldn't call that bike ready to go. And, it doesn't answer my next question.

This might apply more to Bashan and Brozz owners than Hawk owners. Did you guys use all of the bolts and washers that came in the parts box? Where there any left over when you were done?

There really isn't much more for me to do to complete this bike and I'm looking at a bunch of these odd washers that I'm not sure what to do with. They are pictured below, the pic only shows a few of them. I have perhaps over 2 dozen of these:

Those might go were you have rubber grommets like you side covers and any place else you have rubber grommets. Just thinking out loud. Similar to these
