Nice work. I had to remove the chainguard and saw off the bracket on mine when I went to a larger rear tire, a Kenda 110 Trackmaster to be specific.

cheers guuys
spud.... once cut to shape and drilled the sheet piece was clamped to my work bench (which has a beveled edge) and carefully dressed through 90deg with a softwood block. i use softwood so it doesnt mark the ali if your gentle.
fastdoc...a bigger rear tyre is something ill be looking into but that wont be for a while yet as i want to fit a differant swingarm as well so itll be alot of work.

well good people took here for a test ride and apart from a squeak from the rear brake and a blow bulb all seem to be ok so YEAH HARR of to get the mot tomorrow ... hopefully she'll pass
