Pretty much all the fasteners on the Rhino are flange bolts and nylock nuts so no loctite needed. Never had a fastener come loose on mine in 700 hours.

Brush up on some of the threads here that talk about putting it together... the fender flares can be tricky... I have a thread on it http://www.chinariders.net/showthread.php?p=215343. Throw the wrenches out that come with it.. they are useless.

Get a small bottle of BLUE Loctite

Drain the stir fry oil out of the crankcase and replace with 15/40 Rotella oil. Get a couple of quarts. It's good to change out the oil after the first break in run (4hrs of riding or so) Clean off the bits of metal from the magnet on the drain plug

Pick up a couple of NGK spark plugs.. it will start easier

Clean out an area of the garage to do the assembly in

It's winter now... don't leave that battery out in the cold or it wont last long at all.
Just another thing to add to the great advice from Darth, set your valve clearances. Most of these CB's come from the factory with tight valves.

Received.

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcomes and advice. Received my Rhino Friday afternoon 1/10/20. First thing I did before assembly was to sand, prime and paint the entire body. Wasn’t a fan of the blue. Went with a dark charcoal metallic enamel and it turned out great! Changed the oil and used Royal Purple break in oil. New NGK Plug, 2” rear spacers, and aligned the front wheels. One odd thing I noticed was that when I changed the oil, there was shavings on the drain plug and the oil was a little dark. Assuming they test run the engines before mounting??? Getting ready to add a front and rear light bar, Trail Tech Vapor and a couple odds and ends. Anyway, I will post pictures once I figure out a hosting site for the pics. Thanks again to everyone, looking forward to contributing in the near future. Praying for a BIG snow storm in the coming weeks 😊

Shavings are normal from what I understand on new small engines.... its why you do the first handful of oil changes after only a little bit of riding.

Yes I would imagine they do a test to make sure it runs before shipping... avoids a lot of BS on returns.

If Mudflap says Loctite not needed then you should be good.. I do vaguely remember some of the bolts were nylocks ... some weren't think the fender screws are what I put it on mostly.

Yes please do post some pics.. Charcoal sounds sharp with black trim... Imgur.com works pretty good for images.

Jerry, Thank you, and I am grateful for this community for being such an amazing resource. Gave me the confidence to pull the trigger on the purchase.
