Mine is fully functional too. I even have mismatched mirrors.

I don't have a current pic handy to post, but I will get one.

The lack of bulging plastic is nice. As are the scrapes and scratches.

bulging plastic, I dont need no stinking bulging plastic.

I couldnt stand those stock side covers digging into my legs while standing, trail riding.

I noticed I'm losing the poll count so I'll have to do some more wrenching on mine to see how much uglier I can make it.

For some reason I get this vague image of Kato searching the shed for ways to make his bike the ugliest we've ever seen...hehe

Mismatched mirrors and "open house signs for sidecovers"?? 8O

But the mud doesn't hurt the look, IMO, it helps. I was eager to get mine dirty.

On a happier (off topic) note, I added a pair of gel ProGrips to my ride the other day...what a difference $11 can make!

Well Team Cheap, I think you win. Madman I've said it before, I like the rat bike. It reminds me of my old bike. It looks like it rode through the war, and got you home safe.

There is something with the blue of TC's bike. The first thing I'd do is paint it all black. :? But I guess if I had no bike, I'd ride it.

C'mon, nothing outuglies "el carcass That thing looks like the end of Terminator movie. N2r. 8O I keep expecting it to start crawling "Sara.....Sara Conner?!??!"

Is not that I search the shed. I just look for something I already have to use. This uglifying process usually takes some time to occur. I did paint the signs red to match the fenders. I found some red paint on the shelf. The zipties holding them on add to the effect.

I borrowed the mirror from a honda after one of boys my wife babysits backed into the bike with my tractor. Broke the mirror, but my everything else is fine.

My color of choice would be...............Yellow but I'm stuck with that blue seat.
More for the high visibility it gives offroading (well except in the fall when the leaves are changing )

Yea Kato, most of that stuff is considered character...it makes the bike unique....like I mentioned with TeamCheap's bike.

I'm just giving you both a hard time while mine is still fairly new and shiny.

Yellow would match! Where's that paint can?

Off topic - you got a 3 rail trailer, Kato? Gwinnett has one for sale on ebay...looks a bit rough in the pics but you may be close enough to look in person. It might go cheap enough to repaint and make a person a buck or two.

I have 3 trailers and 2 will probably have to go soon.

I have a single rail that I built.

Notice home made side panels, road rashed hand guards, caked on mud, two different mirrors, no tank plastics. no fake louvers. Bike is actually better this way.
