I love the Clavell books. I saw the movie "King Rat" probably 20 years before reading the book. Tai-Pan is my favorite as well. I highly recommend an author named Bartle Bull, his Asian books are Shanghai Station and China Star. They are actually stories of Russian refugees in China.

Ordered a Seat Concepts cover kit for the DRZ. The stock DRZ seat makes every China bike seat I've ever had feel like lounge chairs. This thing is truly a torture device. Picture taking a hunk of 2x6 and covering it with material.
I love the dr650 seat concepts seat i have on the roketa...LOL i ended up recovering it with a stock dr seat cover though, since i got the seat for free with torn stitching, and the stock cover was another freebie...

I needed something other than black, so I can find my pictures a little more easily at the track day events.

I ride like a cave man. Makes it easier to stop if I lose brakes. lol.

But nah, I acutally bought a second pair of boots, because I broke the zipper on my first set. Gonna get those fixed, and keep as a backup.
