Not today but over the weekend I bought a pair of Yamaha SW118V 1200W 18 inch Passive Subwoofers. My poor little DJ trailer is packed wall to wall. lol Do i really need 5 pairs of speakers? The little voice in my head keeps telling me yes.

I tested them out Saturday. I'm sure i was rattling the pictures on the neighbors wall. Of course they weren't home. They are probably still trying to figure out why half the pictures are on the floor.

A (another) new stator and pickup coil assembly for the V-Star. This is the second one in two and a half years.

The pickup coils are known failures on these bikes, and I tried to replace just the coil, but it still didn't fix the problem with the resistance through the coil. So that was a waste. I also picked up a new battery because the old one got nuked when I was trying to turn the bike over so much when troubleshooting.

Like 2LZ, I bought a back ache. Not caused by a wet floor, but by working on a rail machine at knee height, outside in cold crappy weather.

I noticed there are a few Michiganders on here. I can’t wait to stud the tires and tear up Lake St. Clair, but that will likely be next year. This summer we ride!!

Yeah after the last two weeks the ice is shot. Hopefully it will turn around soon and start to dry up.
