Another hitch mounted bicycle rack.

Apparently, that 1969/70 Raleigh Super Course my kid bought for half a buck was meant to go back to Illannoy with me.

$100 rack for a $0.50 bike.

Already flown on my butt twice this winter, at twenty something you could just walk it off but at this age gonna take a few days of aches and pains. Also a bit worrying that "this" age is precisely 36... Fed up having my socks constantly wet at work too so oped for double proofing (thinsulate plus sealant spray) and yes that spray is spesificly for breathing membrane shoes.

I practically tripped over this 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I paid $1,200 for it, and the guy said that the battery would go dead after a few hours, and you really had to give it the beans to get it to charge while driving it. I replaced the alternator, and fixed the absolutely prodigious wiring redneckery, and it seems to work just fine. When I say there were some electrical shenanigans, I mean it. Think wires that were cut with a utility knife, twisted together and wrapped with electrical tape. Notice I didn't say they were put together with wire nuts and then taped up. Apparently wire nuts are just too expensive. A couple hours under the hood with the soldering iron and a handful of tools seems to have it all sorted out! Really happy with this one, and for the price, it just can't be beat!

Because she could't take it with her when when we moved, I sprang for a new Moose mail box flag for Mrs. C.

Bought a starter relay for my Bashan off ebay for $8.50. The local Honda dealer wanted $85 and had to order it.

Guess the old adage if you want cheap and good buy two holds to this day. THREE days of use and the studs are gone. Not dropped off, but worn to stubs. Super soft aluminum, out of interest I pried one off and my vice grips CRUSHED the shaft. Guess I'll be going shoe shopping to the city this weekend yay...

Speedo cable for my motor scooter. Its hard to break the speed limit on a 125cc scooter, except in School Zones.

Bought a bunch of Milwaukee hand tools (various pliers, screwdriver set) as a Christmas present for a friend who is getting by with barely-usable Harbor Freight stuff.

Edit: tossed 'em into a Craftsman toolbox with three drawers and top compartment. He also needs some tool organization.

Got my bonus today!! So, gave my oldest some money, and bought a tea kettle and lids for my stainless tumbler. The rest is going into bills and maybe a track suit for the little one.

Complete exhaust system for the Vulcan S. I like quiet exhaust but the sewing machine exhaust has to go. lol I like to hear a low rumble in the exhaust and not a tic tic tic. lol Got to love Aliexpress. Complete exhaust system for $146 VS $700 and up for renamed Chinese exhaust systems sold in the US. lol
