Wow, I would have been afraid to handle the gaskets that quickly. You're good!

I still have 1 kit ready to ship - extra gaskets and bit included etc.
I do have a mate going to Utah in 2 weeks if it saves shipping - Salt lake city
If people need stuff or other stuff let me know - I am also getting the new upgraded radiator overflow bottles and I bought a pair of new radiator guards for my own bike too.

Juanro, you are going to love the 300. Mine has better torque from idle on up, peaks about 8000rpm, still has about the same power at 9000 as stock, runs about 5mph faster up and down hills on freeways, climbs steeper hills without downshifting at low speeds, uses less oil than stock, ... . About 700 miles on the 300 kit and still dino motorcycle oil, expect things to pick up a little with Mobil 1 synthetic. A little excitement on your part is justifiable.

Sqwert, thanks for the encouragement!
As this is a middle term project (I'm redoing whole engine with japan bearings all around, the 300 kit, and conversion to EFI) I'm trying to keep my anxiety down, but it's proving to be rather difficult...

Well, while you have access to the transmission can you count the teeth on each gear so I can calculate the ratios? My 300 with EFI only needs 3 of the 6 gears it has. Okay, maybe 4 on a bad day. But, I'm used to riding bored and stroked Yamaha TW200s with XT225 6-speeds which are about the widest ratio gear sets that I know. Since that family of engines makes half the power and a much wider torque range than the RX3 the wide ratios work well. The stock TW 5-speed has about the same difference between lowest and highest as the 6-speed and is too wide at the top for the stock 200cc engine, so I know where not to go.

Gear out/6 is 22 teeth but smaller tan out/4 wich is also 22 but larger.

I have the copycat TW200 my self! Zongshen 200 Shera or in China ZS200GY-2

Are you doing valves? I can get Titanium valves for the NC250 motor

Cylinder head is really fine. I'm not going to touch it this time, but thanks for the offer. Just out of curiosity, what is the advantage of having titanium valves over the original (I'm guessing Steel) ones?

Material is harder and wear resistant? Less chance of burning a valve and wear I would think

It's lighter as well.

Juanro, thanks for the tooth counts. Nothing unusual about two gears having the same number of teeth, it takes both gears in a pair to determine the ratio.

Yes, titanium is lighter. Less stress on rockers and springs, more RPM without valve float. Possible to run more radical cam without upgrading springs, which can lead to accelerated wear of the head and cam.

NzB, that is not a TW200 copycat, the tires are way small. 130/80-18 front and 180/80-14 rear are OEM on TWs. But, if there was a XT200, that would be it.
