I wish I would have got a srw f350 instead of my f150. I was used to the old trucks that rode like garbage unloaded. But shortly after I got my truck I rode down to Detroit(terrible roads, i94 has potholes that will remove wheels) with a buddy in his 2019 f450 and it rides almost as good as my 150. That's what I get for being in a hurry. Been happy with the f150, 1900lb payload is good for the class but not enough for mid-sized 5ers.

The Silverado 1500 I just got came with the tow package and the fella I got it from added helper springs to pull a large bumper pull camper. But the reason he sold it was to get a 2500 HD so..

Aproximately 4 grand for a new tranny for my 2017 Jeep. Fortunately, we have an extended warranty with a $150 deductable that will cover it. I am creating a separate thread about it.

Two pairs of snowshoes. One pair for my youngest, whose old snowshoes are being held hostage in Maine by her niece, and a pair of magnesium long tails for me.

It's the annual walnut flood from the in-laws (among other producing trees). Finally bought one of these. My channel locks and palms will thank me.
Of course....according to Mrs. 2LZ... "If they aren't perfect halves, I can't use them for candied walnuts!!!" I just keep pouring the vino and say, "Yes dear...." ;-)

Just checking in and saw this thread. So for quick overview, I'm building out my 1997 E-350 van for dual-sport extensions where I drive to destinations (N. AZ and n. CA for example) where I use the van as a base station and ride the moto on a short day trip.
The build has been in process for over a year but with some delays and back burnering.

Too much to list bought today and yesterday, all but here is a quick summary.

HF Titanium 140 welder
HF 150A Spool Gun
Bunch of Bauer impact guns and grinders (all lithium powered)
Making modifications to a 500 lbs Black widow MC carrier for my Travel van E350 Ford conversion (still in process).
500 lbs Cargo carrier and tongue box to be combined with the Black Widow.
Both front and rear trailer hitches to support an HF winch (only 5K lbs for now)
Has it wired to both front and rear with welding connection quick disconnects?

The moto is hopefully going to be ready later this month but for now, I have a giant pile of other parts that need to be sorted and installed on the van build.

Just got some for Mrs. 2LZ! Her and the neighbor gal both got pairs and they did their maiden voyage last weekend, and had a blast.

The missing handlebar mounts for the Ural fairing. Cost me $0.11 less than the fairing did. Still, I got $450 fairing for $99.89.

I picked up one a few days ago too. Found out that the camera doesn't like single digit temps lol. Gives me something to fly in the winter and something to play with video wise. Might take it down and check out the ice Bridge, Ice jam and flooding on the river this week.

After several years of fruitlessly searching for a white replacement fuel tank for my Velosolex 4600, I finally threw in the towel and bought a black one from treatland.tv, Your Moped Super Store, with plans to paint it white.

So, any recommendations for a fuel proof paint?

Hmm, it's plastic. Might end up with a zebra striped lump.
