Anndd, the radio will be coming out. Can't hear it over 25mph and Mrs. C already managed to knock one speaker loose. Guess I'll mount it on the Deere.

I kilt my Blinc III that had an FM tuner, then effed up the helmet trying to get it out to fix it. Nice unit, lousy customer support. Looking at the Sena SMH5-FM-UNIV when it's time to replace my non effed up helmet(s).

I don't store music on my phone (employers phone) and my ipod only has old radio shows on it, so the s10 wouldn't work all that well for me.

Perhaps Outhouse Engineering and Fabrication will have more luck with the Deere.

And I probably won't have to stand on my head to do it.

Stopped by the local Ural dealer yesterday to pick up some spare cables I ordered. The dealer also sells ALL Japanese brands and while waiting for my turn at the parts counter, I wandered around. Go fast sport bikes do nothing for me so I avoided them and looked at the dual sport and standards. This caught my eye.

Neat little bike. Maybe if the Honda and the Solexes find new homes...

I like those very much. In fact, there's a China bike based on them, powered by a CG motor. It's Suzuki's answer to the TW200.

Just kicked over 29K kms on mine, though I'm only responsible for 5K of them.

Installed the new cylinder head temp gauge today.

It works.

Install was pretty straight forward and took about two hours. Part of that time was looking for the tool that was 'just in my hand'.

I also had that going on today I'm just glad it didn't happen when I had the soldering station out fixing wires

What I don't understand is when I just had a tool in my hand, and I never find it again. It's as if it fell off the planet.

Oh, you'll find it again. Only you'll find it after you've bought the replacement.
