Looks good.
Is there a copper gasket between the pipe and the motor?

The only thing I will miss is the chrome cover over the muffler.

I think it is a nice cosmetic feature of the Brozz

There's what I THINK is a lead gasket? I reused it with no problems. I like the look of the aftermarket silencer, but I may try to retrofit the stock catalyst cover, but I don't know how it'll look being chrome over the heated stainless. I might try mocking it up for pics tonight.

If your talking about retrofitting the cat on the new exhaust you just installed, I'm 99% sure its not a real cat, just hollow.

Also, I think you and I are the only ones still running the stock carb. I'm one jet size up now, and I'm pretty sure I need to go up another. Let me know with this new exhaust system what jet you end up sticking with.

I think he means trying to fit the stock exhaust heat shield/leg guard on the aftermarket pipe. Wouldn't be too hard to do, just a couple of tabs welded on with a nut on the back side.

Wrap works too. I just didn't want the bare pipe too close to Mrs. 2LZ leg.

Looks like you used a high temp silicon spray on that wrap. Or is it just black header wrap? Hard to tell.

Good eye! Hi Temp silicone spray. The wrap was the titanium green-ish looking stuff. Cheap enough and you get a ton. I've wrapped two other systems since the TT250 and I STILL have some left over.

This is the stuff I used to spray it with. I can't remember from where though. I think I had Auto Zone order it and I picked it up.

This is what I like to use, and what I ordered for my exhaust. Not supposed to use the Silicone spray on the Titanium wrap series, and the LR Wrap edges are part of the weave so fraying edges is not really an issue like most fiberglass wraps. It's also installed dry, no wetting, and once it is heat cycled a couple of times the titanium turns hard and essentially locks into place. This also makes it pretty much unable to be removed without it breaking apart, so this makes getting that wrap right, and tight, the first time important.

Note - I ordered a bit longer (33ft) than necessary because I like to do a 50% overlap when I wrap exhausts.

Not the 1/2-5/8" I remembered, but still decent. This pic was taken from the left side, fingers touching. I'd guess maybe 3/8-7/16" clearance.
