Here is what I used, so far no issues. I have about 11 hours on it.

studs
there should be studs in there.... you have to remove t he nuts.. then tighten the studs into the head so they are good and tight,,, then put the nuts on there,,, the heat will not let locktight would due to the high heat temp.. so made sure they are bottom out and tight,,, then you can put lock washers on or self locking nuts ... or double the nuts if you can get them on... you can always put longer studs so you can double nut it..

Weld broke on motor mount!
Ok, just hit 32 miles and I broke a weld on one of the motor mounts. Any suggestions on a good fix? The metal is pretty thin so not sure welding will work well.

here is what I did to repair mine. When Mine broke the actual pipe broke around the weld. About 11 hrs so far so good with the repair. We used a thicker piece of metal connecting to the engine.

Very cool! Must be a problem all the Bull 200s will have. I'm sort of considering adding a rubber bushing somehow in what I do for a fix...but what you did certainly looks great too. Thanks for showing what you did.

Anyone found a head for the Bull 200's 169cc engine other than the one from partskit.com that has the rocker assembly? My exhaust stud broke off in the head and I can't get it out...will see if I can tap it later but just want to get it back up and running.

head
if you are not good at removing broken bolts... and drilling them... take it to a machine shop... ask for a quote .FIRST... better than replacing the head.... you can also weld a nut on the end iof the broken bolt.... usually have to use a stick welder... mig is not hot enough to weld it good and hard... then remove it...

exhaust pipe
I always use the copper looking ORING SEAL.... that way it seals the pipe to the block.... can get it anywhere they sell atvs, dirt bike parts.... just might be more than EBAY OR STUFF LIKE THAT..

I picked up the gasket you said to use so I'm all set there. Thanks for all the help...I was getting pretty frustrated but finally got it out after a lot of patience.
