The impact JIS Vessel makes is the catsass. Should be in every UJM owners tool box. If nothing else, so you can remove the Phillips mangled screws and replace them with Allen heads.

Seems that the 120v/1500lb HF winch I wanted to buy has been replaced by a more expensive model. And everyone else’s version of that same winch went away, too. Maybe it was a POS and I got lucky. Anyway, all I wanted it for was getting bikes into my garage attic. Pushing some of that Sheffield Steel up the attic ladder is hard on an old dude. So, for a LOT less money, I bought a 2t block and tackle. Then I opted for a 2” x 3’ lift strap. As that was under $40 and the new HF winch, without mounting hardware, is $165 plus tax, I splurged on a lift system for the Jeep hardtop. Still came in under $200.

Sievi Racer Roller S3 work safety shoes. My third pair in a row of the same shoe. They just fit me like a glove but unfortunately don't last as long as I'd hope, the upholstery around the heel wears out and rips fairly quickly but that might also be due to the relentless torment these things go through every day at work with me. Fitting the new pair I also realized just how badly I've worn down the gel insoles standing almost a centimeter higher with the new one on the other foot definitely wore this pair to bits, quite literally I might add.

I have had a few Aspire laptops over the years. In fact one of my current linux machines is her old Aspire laptop that got retired...about 4 years ago i believe when she got a Lenovo Ideapad. The Ideapad was eventually replaced with my old HP DC5850 SFF desktop that was paired with a Dell monitor i got at an auction for $1. This new Aspire XC desktop replaced the entire set up she had as it came with a keyboard, mouse and 22" LED monitor.

Two Rapala Original Floating Minnows. Have been my go to artificial lure since I was a kid. I managed to lose two since mid June and those I bought in the 70s. Guess what? They cost a lot more and because of the pandemic, are hard to find locally. I found a place in Michigan that had the two colors I wanted.

You and my son would get along just fine Cheese ,we don’t do yard sales but we were driving in the country and this guy had a big spread of fishing stuff on the lawn for sale so my son gets me to stop .You know he pulled $1000.00 out of his pocket and took home every Rapala the guy had .I couldn’t beleive a kid would spend that on fishing crap ,but he couldn’t of been happier with his haul l.o.l. .

I don’t get nuts about fishing or gear(says the guy who still has the Heddon spinning real he bought at Gambles in 1966 for $4.95)but I do find it very relaxing, except when I lose lures. If I can ride the Ural to where I wet a line, so much the better. Like it’s said, a bad day fishing is better than a good day working.

Great stuff! Though I never managed to make it as well as Turks, I've got two recommendations for you, assuming you've never made it with an ibrik before: get properly ground Turkish coffee, it's difficult to properly grind it fine enough; and two, add some cardamom, that's what they add to give it it's distinct taste.
