We were down to 2 rolls. Our local Sam's club got a truck today and they got 6 skids of tp. I managed to snag a 45 roll pack that will last a us a few months and hopefully everything is back to normal by then. Some lady in the parking lot had 6 bundles, that's 270 rolls of tp which has to be well over a year supply.

I still have a pile of oak leaves from last fall, so we’re good in the tp department.

Mrs. 2LZ wanted the little 5x8 trailer that was on sale at Lowes, for hauling the Rhino and smaller stuff around, so I picked it up a couple days ago. As a double bonus, my lawn tractor hauls it perfectly. I can now go to the bottom of the hill and haul up brush without having to hammer my old truck!

I just bought some....

Titanium...

After my sedated MRI adventure, it was determined that I needed some titanium installed in my neck!

I have a herniated and ruptured disc between the C6 and C7 vertebrae in my neck.

Approximately 12 hours ago, they removed the remains of the disk and installed a titanium spacer, plate, and some screws. On the pain scale, this is on up there. I work at this hospital network and it still gonna cost me over five grand. So much for an employee discount! What really sucks, is that I just Started a layaway plan with Q9 Powersports for a motorcycle.

Be safe out there!

So, kirbo, welcome to the TI club.
It does get better. Eventually, the pain goes away enough that you realize all your other joints ache, too.

Oh, yeah, got a new phone for Mrs. C yesterday. Her six year old LG G2 finally decided for her that it was ready for retirement.
Although, we were in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes, we are seriously considering waving bye-bye to AT&T after I retire. Been customers with them for nearly 25 years but their Customer Service has been hit or miss, mostly miss, for the last year or so. Mrs. C ordered her new phone on line, got a confirmation #, and figured all was good. Got an email later in the day that AT&T canceled the order in an email “After several attempts to contact her to confirm that she actually ordered the phone.” Never heard anything from them.
Mrs. C was fired up. She printed out the confirmation from AT&T and took it to the local store. The girl that waited on us read the print out, muttered something about CS incompetence, got her the new phone and knocked half off because of the eff up.

Dropping AT&T was the best decision i ever made after they robbed my blind. Like you i was with AT&T way before they were AT&T. My bill over doubled because i signed a 2 year contract with them to get new phones for the family. They would do anything to work wit ha life long customer. T mobile resolved that for me real quick. I've only had to call T mobile twice in the past 5 years and those two time someone picked up the phone and spoke perfect redneck English. lol I kid you not. Three phone for 1/3 the price of AT&T and T mobile paid off AT&T phones i just bought.

OTOH, we closed our U-verse account at the other place Monday. Before the guy on the other end could lapse into his spiel about great deals, I let him know that U-verse and most other AT&T services weren’t available where we live now. That made it short and sweet.

Funny thing, ‘Rob’ started out with an Indian accent. By the time we finished, he sounded like he was from the northeastern US.

I bought a four-pack of Guinness because the cans remind me of what they had when I was growing up in Britain, and a couple cases of Monty Python Holy Grale (Get it, Grail-ale?) Both are delicious.

Me and my wife's 125 cc scooters are not going to be stored under a roof for a while, so I was looking at all weather covers. Instead of buying two individual, form fitting covers, we bought a universal cover designed for a quad. The quad cover will cover both scoots when parked side by side and it was much cheaper. I'm thinking the generic quad cover would work well to cover a pair of grom clones, too.
