I'd start lower 500s probably what he wants. If you offer 500 he will counter offer on 500
If it were me I'd be starting at 400 and he will likely counter offer somewhere your more willing to pay
Can always go up. Never down

I always go look at something as I'm there to make a deal. Not a friend. Who cares if you offend him lol

That's my .02 anyways

Dave

Thanks! I can always use negotiating skills tips! I'm just not that good of a goat trader.

Hah, someone snatched it hours after it was posted yesterday. Bikes like that move fast around here.

Looked pretty nice. CB350s are highly collectible. CB360 not so much.

Looks like fun, but I'd like to see it closer to $300.00

Heck, I would pay $500 if it ran well. Interesting to see it's a Hensim branded bike--almost a collectible in itself lol

Here is a Zongshen, although it might be a Qlink or a Vento since both of those companies rebadged the Zong as their own. It is sold in the greater metro area of L.A., so I wonder if it's California plated, or someone moved to Cali and brought it with them?

The price is a little high on that Zong for my liking, but they are becoming more rare. I'd love to have it.

Yes, that Zong is overpriced. I might pay $750 for it, but not $1,100.

Come on--he's throwing in two helmets!

Some people are stubborn, and will stick to their advertised price, however, but you wouldn't know until you met up face to face to negotiate.

When I bought my old TMEC, the guy held steady at $800 even thought I am fairly certain I was the only guy in months who had tried to deal on it--but I did have him ride it clear from Hollywood to Northridge for me so I wouldn't risk a ticket (about 20 miles), including down Hollywood Blvd. as shown in the youtube video I posted.

I wonder how accurate the Skyteam copy of it is? I know that the more recent Skyteam CT70/DAX clones are apparently somewhat interchangeable with the original Honda DAX bikes, so I wonder if the new copy is close (obviously besides the engine since the Skyteam clone uses the exact same 125cc Honda-based engine as the one in the DAX, but everything/anything else?)

Those Roketas must gain power inhaling pollution from the New Jersey air.

Indeed, it's a shame how that Zong was abused. It probably just needed a new CDI unit.
