It looks great!
On the mini that I built, I used the mounts that are around the crankshaft to attach brackets. I fastened a drilled plate to the brackets to create a clutch guard. I didn't worry about the exhaust, since it routed straight back like yours.

We got it done at 10am. I test rode it around the yard and then loaded it up and had it to the fair by 1045. I do plan to change the clutch guard. Too bulky.

I think I see 8hp on the label? Mabey weld up a powered hand truck for your business instead of a mini bike. Labor saving device.

It is a 5hp. I have a 14hp kohler with a hydraulic pump and wheel motors that I might be able to make a toter machine from.
