I ordered my Titan DLX from PowerSportsMax as well. This is gonna be a fun adventure! Thanks for all the posts tknj99. Sorry to hear about the crash, I hope you healed up fine. Thank you though for all of your info, you have pioneered the data on this bike lol! I hope to contribute as well.
Also, who did you insure the bike through? I went to geico for a quote and couldnt find the make/model. |

Just a quick update on the recent accident. Other than being initially shook up by it, it was relatively minor, just a few light scratches. Other than this being an eye-opening experience having never had anything like that happen before, i must say, that to have your wheel fall off and then be able to patch it back up and be able to ride home, says quite a bit about how indestructible these bikes can be. And so cheap, spent $40 and have all the parts that i needed installed now and took the maiden voyage yesterday with no issues. I did make sure to lock-title the axle nuts as well as added a secondary lock-nut as well for extra safety. She's running great and back to fun times..
Lessons Learned: 1. Make sure axle nuts are lock-tited, double-nutted or nyloc or stover nuts or using safety wire 2. Make sure to carry a wrench for the axles as the onboard tool-kit i had with me was too small and luckily a passerby that lived in the area hooked me up with some proper wrenches.. im carrying an adjustable wrench now along with other tools. Here are some before and after pics:

Wow man that is so gnarly. So glad you are ok, and it was an easy fix. incredible. What sizes are the nuts and quantity, I'll go ahead and order a set of nylocs. On second thought i might just go with loctite, as it claims to hold better than nyloc.

I actually was able to find in my parts bin.. i do know the rear is a 19mm wrench nut. Yea, i think blue-loctite will do the job.

It probably could be made to work but doubt it would direct bolt-on. The nice thing is with Amazon you can buy and return easily if it doesn't work

Fuel Leak
Welp gentlemen, got the bike, assembled it, changed oil to rotella, no issues. Followed tknj99's guide.
Unfortunately looks like I drew the short straw. Have a fuel leak, any suggestions? Seems like the leak is coming from the left nut of the fuel selector valve. When i went to tighten it, it got worse, and now the bolt seems stripped. Need to figure out a way to seal it. Heres the leak vid: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/w4Q6KjHXsEg |

Update: happy to report that the stock front sprocket can indeed be changed to increase from 13T to 14T without much fanfare. There are some caveats though:
1. If you want to keep the stock cover you will need to file down the areas where the chain rubs (see attached pics). I also broke off some section with my vice grip and the metal breaks off easily, not sure if it was needed but just to allow some more clearance. There is also an option for an aftermarket alibaba cover that PlumpKibbles runs thats plastic and should work right away. 2. You will most likely need to retain either the stock 520 non-oring chain or go with an aftermarket non o-ring chain as the o/x ring chains may cause more clearance issues. I have an RK 520 chain on order thats non o-ring that should work to replace my stock chain as its already stretched to the max after 1k miles. I did remove a few links but thats not a good solution as its prob just a matter of time before it would snap I haven't had a chance to test out the sprocket yet but it should net me another 5mph on the top end, so hopefully should be able to stay at 60mph corrected without being maxed out

Update: gained 5 mph on the top end and the gearing feels nice now, not much of a torque hit which is great.. previous max on speedo around 64-65mph and now 70mph. Happy times

It seems that my front axle wheel bearings may be going out. I heard some noise on the ride back yesterday from the front wheel, like a grinding noise and stopped, rolled the wheel and then decided to loosen the nut (to a turn past finger tight) which relieved the tension and the noise went away. Was able to make it back safely with eye on the nut the ride back.
Ya think its the bearings or perhaps just needs to be slathered with grease? I never removed the dust covers so whatever came stock is what's there, not sure the amount of lube from the factory.. If grease doesn't resolve, has anyone ever change out the wheel bearings? I found the part # on the list (front rim bearing 6202RS) and find them on Amazon assuming its the right part.. should i also plan on replacing the dust cover or can they be re-used? Thanks Edit: just ordered this set, figure its better to replace especially if the stock bearings are hosed. hopefully will work. will circle back afterwards with an update https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SCVJ3HM...hk_typ_imgToDp

Update: i've determined that the bearings in the front wheel are indeed bad - the bearings on the disc brake side are the worst and what was causing the intense crunching noise. I will work on getting the stock ones out and replacing with the new set i have on order and provide an update afterwards.
Sadly the stock bearings, despite being lubricated externally only lasted 1k miles. Perhaps its just my bike as I havent seen any other posts with this issue.. oh well, at least its another inexpensive ($6) fix not to mention a learning opportunity as i've never replaced wheel bearings before - good times

Finally made an account to figure this out because I’m stuck
Having a hard time trying to find some parts and have had no responses from XproUSA When I got the bike (2022 Titan DLX) I had 2 issues from the very beginning The front wheel was damaged in transit (bent by the forklift) and the stock intake manifold was cracked and only 1 bolt is holding the carb on My issue is that I haven’t found a replacement online the stock intake has FA2P stamped on it and the only place that has the correct one that I have seen is on the Xmotos website part number 15800-L044-0800 Does anyone have an idea of where I can order it in the United States Or if anyone has one from when they did a carb upgrade And maybe a link for a front wheel but that is not a rush for me |
