Shipping from China is killing me. They are wanting my 1st born. For 10 prototypes they are trying to hit me $165 USD to ship. I need to get a bulk order of them so interest is important. I will also include a mounting bracket which i will fabricate in my shop. I will be under $100 if all goes well for a direct bolt on.......

Question Valve cover height?

All I need to know it the height of the valve cover. I have very little room between the top of my valve cover and my frame. To adjust my valves I have to drop my engine.

For a street bike the cooler you have would be A-OK.
yea looks like the stacked one is more robust. if it clogs so what it just goes back to stock temps like it came from the factory. having it to the side should help quit a bit too as the tire wouldnt be right in line with it.

and with the way this one is set up if the tstat was closed the engine gets no oil....not good.

You could always use an aluminum or steel expanded metal over it to give some protection from sticks and rocks.

The prototype is looking good! I'll definitely buy one of these at a below $100 price point. Summer here brings 120 degree weather, so an oil cooler would be quite helpful.

Kit looks real nice. I would leave the cooler like it is and have the valve cover painted black.

Good news. Dont know if I can hold out lol. Whats the story about the holes on the top of the valve cover? Do they go all the way through? That valve cover does not look as tall as my cover? That could be a very good thing for blaze riders as we could pull the valve cover with out pulling the engine. Thanks for the update.

The oil lines connect to the holes in the valve cover. Oil from the engine hits the cooler 1st and is redirected back at the rocker arms.
