I would put a PCV valve in that crank case breather line to reduce crank case pumping losses, and to keep dusty air or water from being sucked back into the crank case....ARH

If your airbox is like the TT250, it's also the inner rear fender and hangs the start solenoid off the left side. I cut up a plastic office trash can (known as "trash can mod") I picked up from Lowes for about 5.00, then zip tied it in place, along with the side plate I made to hang the solenoid or any other items down the road. The Nibbi filter will barely clear the frame but it fits.

Not yet, my Brozz shows up tomorrow, and I haven't even ordered a replacement yet because I don't know the specs.

Tonight I worked on fabricating the rear fender and the side shield. I also had to put a notch in the battery box so it was not as close to the rear shock.

Looks great! Excellent job! Depending on where your exhaust runs thru, you may need to trim up the corner of the inner fender somewhat.
I gotta tell ya, the main reasons I did this mod the Mrs. 2LZ TT250 was not just to see how much weight I could save, but mainly to be able to access that rear shock for adjusting. Why they wrapped the airbox around it is beyond me. Keep the pics coming!
