It's a sealed battery plus I had it boosting from my t3 because I killed the battery trying to start it.

I'll try the CDI and check the carb screws. I was thinking about taking apart the carb and making sure everything is clear. It's getting some gas but maybe not enough?

sealing tires

BEFORE anyone has a bird about safety.. you have to have a bit of a brain to do this... if your tire bead comes unsealed and you can not get it to re-seal.. you can always use some either.. I spray soem either into the tire... then using a lighter( BBQ LIGHT WORKS THE BEST) with the compressor air hose ready to fill the tire.. I light the either .. ( only use a little) and then it ignites and QUICKLY air up the tire,.. this works very good if you have no other choices.. once again .. USE ONLY A LITTLE EITHER

you can blow the tire up doing it that.. safe way is to put a ratchet strap around the tire and crank it down really good.. it will force the lip of the tire to the inside of the wheel. then fill with air, if it still is not seating with the strap still on it, take a 2x4 and give the rim a good ol whack.. this is how a buddy and me got my front tire to reseat after it went low enough to unseat it self from the rim

I replaced CDI and Coil with no luck. Guess I'll be taking apart the carb to make sure nothing is plugged up.

Well the carb is clean and I checked every single wire on this thing. I'm about to give up.

dont give up, i know it can be a huge pita to track a problem down. sounds like you need to go through the quad with a fine tooth comb, if you have checked every single wire then the wiring is good, cdi is good

what about the voltage regulator or the stator or maybe the handle bar controls ?

im sure some one can chime in with how to test those out, i would if i knew..

The reality of this problem is it's probably something very minor, stupid and easy to fix.

The other reality is it's a bastard to find it.

Sounds like you need to take a step back, breath a little, leave it for a few days, then come back with 'fresh eyes.'

I'm a bit 'thrown' by the fact you say it has spark, and you just cleaned the carb. I'm wondering out loud if it's something like the trigger voltage in the stator. Waynev has a post about his 50cc turning over with the starter but not firing unless the battey was fully charged, fresh off the charger. He fixed it by tightening the pickup behind the stator cover.

It could be with the rolling over it's knocked something like that loose as well.

I'm totally guessing and musing, do you have a mulitmeter you can run some tests on your electrical?

I wouldn't recommend you spend any more money throwing parts at it until you determine the problem.
