well it sure was not for the lack of trying on my part. i have a fairly modded stang, but he not only had some mods to but he was boosted..
now for the record this race lasted for longer then a 1/4 mile... had it have been a legal 1/4 mile race, i would have won... |

im sure my dad still has the hotrod magazine filed away i will just have to find it. the article may have been refering to specific points of weight removal front bumper etc. i cant really remember it was back in the early nineties. i do however know that the 31lbs that i have lost seemed to make a noticable difference on my zong's power lol.
