If you put the rear sprocket on the wrong way, it won't line up right. I did that the first time I changed the bushings on my sons Mini Hummer 110cc. I caught it after I looked directly at the alignment of the sprockets and chain. Turned the rear sprocket around and all was good. Hope this helps.

Now if I could just ride and stop working!
