Lifan outboard
My son in law and I was horsin around in the garage and we decided to build a lawnmower engine powered outboard. Two days later and almost all the parts came out of my possible pile, here it is:

Jack, that's awesome! Did you repower an existing leg, or is it all custom?
I especially appreciated the Keystone Cops film style.

The lower end is off a 1982 sears outboard, coupled with a dog tooth/spider coupling. After looking at the AVI, I told my son in law, "it looks like two monkeys screwing (sp) a football". It does need a prop with a bigger bite thou. -- jack

Jack, I showed you video to my buddy last night, and it turns out that he's got an aluminum flatback that needs a motor. I have an old Briggs laying around, so now we just need a leg. Should be able to find one cheap on CL.
You've inspired us!
