That looks like pretty old footage (early nineties?)
what kind of bike was that, it seemed pretty slow?

They do almost the same thing in CA, it is legal there to pass in between vehicles! It's a wonder with all of the other restrictions CA has! I wouldn't do it.

Ha, Ha, I lived in Van Nuys for 2 years and was blown away when I saw bikes screaming past me while I was stopped in traffic.. It takes a set of huge ones to ride like that...
