Head Light & Tail Light Dim on The GY200

When I use my signal lights the head light and tail light dim when the signal lights blink on. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

I would start by tracing all the ground wires on all affected lights. In simple terms if you have a poor ground wire the current will try to get to a good ground and it will travel through the other bulbs in the circuit. This in turn puts the bulbs in series, and they only get half the voltage.
