Found this article, same bike as Pitster Pro in the U.S.

An Australian magazine reviewed the Puzey XTR 250, a Chinese built bike that Pitster Pro in the US imports as its own brand. Australians and S. African members will know this bike by its original brand, Puzey.

No mention as to who actually manufactures this bike in China, but my guess is Yinhe/Galaxy, as Galaxy's site has a similar looking bike, with the same name, XTR, but the Galaxy seems to use a different engine.
