83 Yamaha tri-moto
Guys, I have the opportunity to get my hands on this for $350
http://images.craigslist.org/0101010...fc8b002e13.jpg Here is a response I got from the owner when asked about the condition of the bike...what do you guys think? "hi --its sometimes makes a slight knocking noise in 1st gear only... but it drives fine - the other gears dont make any noise.... other then that it runs good... it could probalby use a slight idle screw adjustment ... sometimes it will staul in neutral..... it has no clutch, you just shift with a regular foot shifter."

I have some parts for that if you need it. Make you a great deal on them.
Complete engine plus alot of other stuff. It looks like it is in decent shape and I believe that bent shift forks are common in those. Allen

$350 to me seems a bit high but then again those old 3-wheelers are more of a collectable now.
For a little bit more you could get a brand new china quad. 3-wheelers can be fun/scary I has a honda 250r and even though it was tired it was fast. |
