110 automatic 4 wheeler jumping from forward to reverse
110 automatic 4 wheeler no reverse only forward there was bearly enough oil not even enough to reach hashed marks when screwing in the dipstick drained the oil was a decent bit of brown metal that came out on a magnet put new oil in it and went to give it throttle thought it was the chain skipping gears because before the oil change it blew 2 teeth out on the front sprocket anyways it ended up being the front sprocket going forward a little then jolting the other wrong direction don’t know why pulled the motor gonna tear it apart please let me know If any of you guys know why so I know what to look for when tearing it apart thanks

I've had this happen before and it ended up being the one way clutch on the back of the flywheel. Never put the quad on the ground, but wheels spun backwards when off the ground.
