I found the 32-trottle body on eBay. Can you give me a link where I can get the fuel injector and which exhaust upgrade you use? Thanks.

Never mind, I found it and already ordered it.
I didn't buy a new exhaust. I am unsure if that would be contra-productive since no O2 sensor is on it.
I checking for updates here since it seams you know what you doing.

This is the exhaust I got. It has the bung for the O2 sensor built in.

I'm glad you found the injector! The place I bought mine from didn't have any more.

I searched for a high-flow alternative for the stock paper air filter but I wasn't able to find one that fits in the Tank air box. So back to AliExpress!!

Intake kit
Coupling
Filter

I had to compress the aluminum intake tube about 5mm to fit nicely under the engine pivot cross bar (red arrow in picture). I just squeezed it in my bench vise.

I wanted to keep the evap system and crankcase vent functioning so I drilled a hole in the tube and used a tire valve stem as a fitting (green arrow in picture). I like the way it came out.

I took it for a 30 mile ride and it is running great! I'm very pleased with it and think I am done with performance related modifications. Just to be clear, I didn't NEED to do any of this but I really enjoy tinkering and it is really affordable on a GY6.

The last pic is my temporary solution for the transmission vent tube. The little stick on holder that will keep it up and out of the way for now

I think the next thing I will look at modifying is the suspension. The rear shocks could definitely be better

Humm... OK... What are you doing with the ECU? I mean, the thing runs Comifornia style and is pretty lean. Opening the air without richer fuel flow makes the fuel even leaner. Any ID? Or is the control unit still sufficient without modification?
Purchasing a so-called racing ECU (I haven't found one for the 168cc EFI GY6) does not change the performance if the incoming and outgoing airflow is not changed. An ECU makes sense if the airflow has been improved and an unlimited injector is installed. If only the exhaust was replaced, you don't need a new ECU.

I was figuring that with the fatter injector and more air the ECU should still be able to manage the A/F mixture based of the O2 sensor. I am certainly no expert though and will gladly give my money to the smart person that makes a replacement ECU for this engine. Perhaps PMC will come up with something that works well with their TB and injector?

Normally I'm no longer a motorcycle tinkerer. Yes, I used to be. Today, at almost 70, I've have enough with gardening and repairs in and around the house to do.
Riding a motorcycle is my hobby, lying on the ground and cursing because something doesn't want to happen the way I want it, not so much anymore.
Well, the idea of ​​the scooter came to me because I'm always looking for something new. Something I haven't done or participated in yet. I found the Scooter Cannonball. I thought I'd ride it since this isn't a motorcycle race. It's not about speed, it's about being there. No, I don't aim for a trophy. I thought I'd buy a Vitacci and prove that you can do that with a china scooter. With a Vespa 300 GTS everyone can do it. As far as reliability goes, that doesn't worry me. I think the Tank 200EFI is a stable vehicle that can compete with other highly praised and well-known products. I now have 1800 miles on this Vitacci Tank 200 EFI, and nothing has shown me that such a scooter is unreliable. The only thing that worries me is the top speed. A 170cc fuel injected engine should do over 50 mph. I'm currently working on that. A Piaggio Liberty 50cc makes 50 mph and mit heavier rollers up to 55mph.
BTW, this time the Scooter Cannonball 2025 will be driven from Seaside OR to South Padre Island TX,
My wife travels with the car trailer behind me or near me, because of spare parts and at 70 I don't want to be stranded with a breakdown with the scooter. It's quite a stretch after all. The whole thing will take place in June 2025. We could form a China Scuderia team if someone wants to. LoL.

Right on! I was signed up for the SCB in 2023 but I ended up backing out because I crashed my KLX300 in the dirt and fractured 3 vertebrae in my back. I'm not signed up for the 2025. My big trip for 2025 is going to be the Three Flags Classic again. I did it this year and had a ton of fun!

I also don't see any reason that the Tank couldn't do the SCB. I think that adding an oil cooler would be a very good idea since you will be WOT for 3,000+ miles. I put a cooler on my Tank and it more than doubles the oil capacity and I assume keeps everything cooler. I will probably do a write-up of how I did it on here at some point.

I modified my CVT with this NCY kit from GY6Racing. The GY6-B has a 17mm crank so it is hard to find the right parts. I bought one of these and had a machine shop cut it to the length I needed.
