big bore kit wrist pin sleeve/bushing for 223cc/zs165mm engine
hey guys.
Not sure if this is a bad solution, but I was really hoping to bore out my 223cc/zs165mm on my Vitacci Titan EFI. The only bore kit that fits the 15mm wrist pin available will go from a 65mm piston to a 67mm piston. I dont find that gain worth the effort. But I was wondering, could I use 15mmIDx16mm or 17mm to fit the larger wrist pin requirements of other cg250 big bore kit. Just raise the wrist pin OD to fit the 17mm 72mm-75mm bore kits. Let me know what you think. I know its going to have ramifications to compression ratio and EFI flash but would this wrist pin sleeve solution even be viable. thanks. https://www.aliexpress.us/item/32568...yAdapt=glo2usa |

Do not do what you are thinking, it's stupid.
There are also multiple ones listed on ebay. Don't buy one larger than 70mm. You'll regret it. Did a quick google, your engine should be a cb250d-g. ignore the above link(removed) Basically no, there are no big bore kits for your engine. Get a bigger engine. Maybe an XR250R engine swap? https://www.alibaba.com/product-deta...174950828.html possibly something like that? One guy bought an actual honda engine though. https://www.chinariders.net/showthre...t=21224&page=2 |
