The green wire with o-ring on is ground.
If someone cut those wires, you're bound to find the other part of the harness on the bike's frame somewhere |

I didn’t find any other cut wire, I was thinking may be it was connected to a rely or a module, any person in the forum has the same motorcycle, can help me please.

You need to take it to a mechanic.
Without a wiring schematic (might exist, google it) you'll need to start tracing wires to find where it goes with a multi-meter. This is likely above your skill level. The no start may not even be related to the plug. |

Surf the net. Find owners and look for photos on forums or websites. I agree that if you cannot find the other cut end, a module would make sense. My guess is that the battery is missing (green ground and the larger plate would be positive terminal connection). Look for a mounting spot for a module. It could have been an EFI controller. Can you find the EFI controller? Too many wires and none are heavy gauge to be a relay. Are there any brass threaded female inserts in the plastic where a module could have been mounted? The starter relay is likely to be the one with two heavy wires with red hoods. One of those heavy wires goes directly to the positive post on the battery. I see a rectangular slot there. It is too small for a battery. Is that your missing module?
