RPS Condor Valve Clearance Help

Hey all, I have an RPS Condor with a pushrod CG150 that needs a valve adjustment, but can't seem to find anything on it. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

From my Clymer M315 manual on 1969 - 1982 OHC Hondas (CB motors):

Intake, all models:.............0.05 mm / 0.002 in
Exhaust, 100 - 125 cc:......0.05 mm / 0.002 in
Exhaust, 175 cc and up:...0.08 mm / 0.003 in

I would go with the intake spec listed, and for exhaust go with the larger number. This will at least get you in the ball park.

Except on very small engines, which produce little heat, the reason you go with a larger gap on the exhaust side is that the valve gets hotter as it deals with the hot exhaust gases. The exhaust valve stem lengthens due to the heat, so you get a non-closing situation, and loss of power until it cools off again from shutting the bike down for a while. Ambient air temp can also be a factor, hot days vs cool days.

Yes, 0.004" for exhaust is too big.
0.002" for intake is just right.

How many miles are you on?
I'm at almost 3k miles, and so far the valves are seating perfectly.
No ticking noise, maximum performance.
