Soup, have you adjusted the valves yet? The Chinese usually set them way too tight.

Yep, the stock suspension, especially the rear shock stinks for serious off road riding. The rest of the bike is pretty dang good quality for the $, but yep, though I like Zuma products, they have cut corners in order to reach that price point.

The front wheel bolt is the one that bolts the bike's front wheel down on the crate.
The suspension may be better suited for small Asians, and children. The target audience of this bike. As an adult you can ride it, but probably off-roading isn't a good idea, just like you wouldn't ride on road on a Templar with 2 adults of 300+ lbs each either.
