Most often seen bikes in your area?
Hey guys, just curious. What kinds of bikes are you all seeing out there where you live? I'm in the Ohio Valley, and lately I've spotted a few dual sports, a little Kawasaki, an old Honda, and that TBR in South Wheeling. Aside from that, I see a couple of adventure bikes here and there, but honestly, 90% of the bikes I come across are Harleys, more than half are full dressers. What's the bike scene like in your area?

A lot of baggers, with HD filling the top spot. Quite a few Beemers, from air heads to big dual sports. Usual mix of Japanese bikes. And Can Ams and sidecar rigs.

My house fronts onto one of the main twisty routes in SW Missouri and there's also a big single track area nearby (Chadwick OHV), so I see a real mixed bag of HD's cruisers, ADV bikes, dirt scoots, and the occasional Grom mob

I'm also on a popular riding/driving road area...So its about as mixed bag as you can get.
Some days you get streams of bikers another day a bunch of 2 stroke scooters scream passed. Interlaced with dualsport thumpers and 4 cylinders on full noise on the weekends. |

75% Harleys (usually LOUD), 25% 4-cylinder sport bikes howling down the roads. Only the occasional dual sport or off road bike on the two lane roads. Chinese bikes are probably 1% or less. I've seen Hinson, KTM off roaders.
I am in da burbs. There are lots of Groms, Grom clones and other small wheel bikes in the city nearby. That's where the Chinese bikes are.

I forgot to mention, I am often up in the very early hours and there is some dude who zips by at a million miles an hour on his sports bike. I've never seen him, only heard him, but he is a constant in the early hours. I keep wondering how he keeps from getting busted because he is hauling azz when he goes by, or at least it sure sounds like it.

Here in Washington it's 50% dualsports or advs, 50% sport bike. Not surprisingly though due to the cost of new bikes these days, not many new ones. Most common bike here might be a 90s KLR650.
