Vitacci scooter bolt torque specs

Has anyone found any type of service manual with torque specs? I found a bolt on my force 200 loose in a critical area. It's on the right side just in front of the rear axle and connects to the bottom of the motor. Obviously don't want to over tighten and break the engine cases but it seems like it needs to be tight enough to never come loose? Ideas?

Tighten until it snaps then back off half a turn.



I would use standard metric bolt torque specs. Google metric bolt torque specs and you'll find PDF charts.

The support for my Vitacci Clash 200 EFI is next to non-existent and I'm certain my brand and model aren't the only ones with that problem. So, I recommend using the red "Loctite Primerless 243 Threadlocker" on any threads that you can't find torque specs for and tighten snugly. Don't tighten too much as to strip threads. Loctite is a sure bet, I've used it since 1978.

Over 5000 miles on my 2021 Clash and nothing has loosened, and that is without Loctite. Certainly can't hurt though.


Be sure not to use Antisieze on the sparkplug threads. The plug needs to go in dry.

Use the blue Loctite 243 to secure the bolt/screw.
