Anyone identify this front end

So I picked this 125cc Lifan up for 75.00. Putting it back together for my kid and this front end looks strange. I’m probably going to swap it out with a new triple tree and forks but does anyone know who might have made this or what it came off of?

I would say it is a generic front end that was popular on the smaller Chinese bikes back in 2005-2010 or so. I had a similar front end on a roller that I purchased around 2010, and it was a fairly decent setup. The two main points were the hydraulic forks and the disc brake. Below is a pic of the one I had with leftover parts I had laying around. I tossed it all together just to see how it worked.

Ok cool. Some of the bushing appear to be blown out so I’m probably going to order a complete triple tree and fork set up off an equivalent tao tao model. Any idea what measurements I should take besides triple tree bearings and such to make sure it’s going to fit?
