Really? I don't travel much, but I always thought PA had some of the highest gas prices in the country.

One of my kids was in SC and the gas prices were 30% lower than PA.

Diesel is about eighty cents cheaper in Illannoy. Gasoline in the Illannoy collar counties, those that surround Chicago, is sixty to eighty cents higher than in PA.

I topped off the half tank diesel I had in Easton, PA @ $4.09 (Cheap place) so I wouldn't need to refill in PA. I saw it as high as $4.79. I filled up again in western OH for $3.87. Diesel, in Indiana, along the tollway, was almost as bad as PA.

A drawing tablet screen. Been wanting one since I first saw one but they tend to be cost prohibitive for just fiddling around with graphics and not making a living off them. Scored this jewel as an "open box" item from a local auction for $90. It works great and I'm very tickled to have it. But have zero desktop room for it. Have to figure that out.

These are a "no-go". They are nice, but do not fit. The brake lever has way too much material to be able to fit the perch where the lever pivots.
I'll need to get a complete set up, not just levers.

Bought a Dewalt battery powered string trimmer. I have been trimming all around my house, garage, two phone poles, and a couple of other things with a hand-held pair of grass clippers. I finally snapped and decided this was just too much of a PITA.

According to the Project Farm YT channel, where they test all sorts of tools, this is the best cordless trimmer.

EDIT: I have this 20V version, not the 60V one tested in the Project Farm video. So residential grade vs commercial grade. But it's great for me.

Went to Tractor Supply, needed 4 bolts, lock washers and nuts. Gave the lady a dollar and got 23 cents back. Not often you get exactly what you need and 23 cents n change from a dollar.

Did all around my house and separate garage, plus some other brush, in about 15 minutes. And no bending over! Afterwards, the charge-status LEDs on the battery still showed all three LEDs. Shoulda bought this thing three years ago, when I moved here.

Tempting, but I got it done despite her help. Two one way tickets to Bangor for a whole lotta money and a solitary one way ticket back to O'hare for miles and some cash. I no longer have 'status' with American and do not want to sit in the back of the bus.
