Head Scratching Vader 125 Help

I just ordered a XPRO Vader 125, and it will be arriving on Friday. This will be my first street legal bike, but I've had many dirt bikes in the past and worked on them. I've seen a lot of people saying that it is recommended to immediately change the oil and the stock carb, and I tried to ask my dad to help replace the oil, but he doesn't believe there is any need. Should I change the oil, and also if there is a reason, why do I need to?

Because Chinese engines are made with extreme low tolerances, and the engine will shed a lot of metal flakes in the oil the first 5, 50, 100, and 500 miles.

The oil is still good, the reason to dump it is because you don't want abrasive metals in the engine oil.

Most of these bikes come with shipping oil or incredibly shit unknown stinky fish oil from the factory ,it is recommended to drop it immediately along with all the other oils and fluids if you want your bike to last a long time as they are all suspect .$6.00 of oil is not going to hurt ,and do it again after you have it running for 15 min. Changing the carb is not as important ,but you need to install proper jetting .Make sure you properly adjust the valves no matter what your dad tells you ,they will be too tight and cause issues very quickly .
