Carb info

Hello,

A couple of weeks ago during a neighborhood garage sale I picked up a dirtbike with a "Free Needs work" note on it. It has no plastics and the vin or serial or whatever on the fork starts with LRYYCHL. The motor is marked with a 1P52FMH indicating that it is a Lifan 110 cc engine. With starter fluid it sputters. Some of the hoses from the carb are also disintegrated. Should they be fine to replace with a 5mm fuel hose? The carb that is installed is a Dekni Standard of Japan PZ19Q. There is also another device that comes from the bottom of the engine that is labeled OOkay. One of the hoses is just hanging out, and one goes to the intake manifold. Anyone know what this device is?

Take that carb off and clean it! Float valve is probably gunkef up, jets need to be free of crud...

Take what's left of hose(s) to the auto parts store to match up size. You can buy it by the foot.
