Question Got my Hawk 250! Couple questions

Just built the bike and have a few questions.
1. What are the MOST important pieces to take apart and loctite?
2. The rubber piece below the chain on the frame of the bike, the chain is rubbing against it is this normal?
3. The gasket around the exhaust manifold was like half way out from the engine and the manifold then fell off after first start is this normal?

Any tips/tricks are welcome!

1. Wherever you don't want to lose a bolt/fastner. Use blue so you can still get it off when needed.
2. Somewhat normal. You may want to trim it. Search YouTube for videos on how/why.
3. NOT NORMAL. Sound like it fell off at the head? Two acorn nuts holding it on? You should be able to re-use that crush gasket, but go ahead and order some, they're not that expensive.

Thank you! Yeah I don’t know hardly anything about bikes but on a car it would be the exhaust manifold gasket.

Yeah chain should rub the on the rubber guide, also make sure your chain is not to tight. And its a good ideal to check all of the bolts are tight, good luck.
