Which is fine if weight is an issue that plays a major factor in your specific choice and needs.


It's a perfectly fine motorcycle. with better urban street manners.


Looking at the used market they seem to hold resale value but there also seem to be many resales with under 2000km clocked trying to get close to msrp... So maybe there is a short honeymoon period.

For me the decision was very budget based. I was looking for the best deal I could find on a middle weight adventure bike and this $4000 KTM was it. If not for this KTM I was seriously considering a new 2023 CFM 650 Adventura for $5400. Aside from a 10 year old NC700X for $4000 everything else I found was well over $6000 or high mileage.
