Does my spark plug look good? GY6 150

Hi all,

I have a GY6 150cc scooter and I just wanted to get someone with more experience opinion on my spark plug. I just changed today from a copper core to an iridium. This was the one I replaced. What do y'all think? It idles and rides what I think is beautifully.

Thanks

Something looks off. The plug looks black from sooth, indicating too rich.
The tip is hard to tell. You got to figure out why the thread is so soothy
