Dual sport for streets

What's the closest chinabike match to a Kawasaki klx 300, that's lighter in weight, yet comfortable to ride on the streets?

I don't want spokes, so if there are alloy wheels with no inner tube tires that would be better.

Is there a counterbalanced hawk with 6 gears?

And how reliable is the hawk?
