BMS Enduro 250 SpeedoDRD wiring information

Speedometer is reading over 13% too fast from the factory. Searching on the forum there are other guides to wire this up but their gauge clusters are all different from the BMS and doesn't carry over.




SpeedoDRD H1 model is plug and play provided you swap some pins around.


speed sensor side -> included harness

Green to Black (ground)

Yellow to Red (positive)

Red to White (signal)


included harness to gauge

Yellow to Yellow
Green to Green
Blue (signal output) to Red


It is easier to swap the male pins on the gauge cluster around, which is what I did. I do not have good luck depinning female pins. Hopefully this helps anyone who has been wondering why everyone rides their ass.
