I have a CBR300R, and though it does 107MPH, it's still not enough for highway speeds IMO.
For that one needs a 350-400cc minimum.

But yeah, 250cc engines will be sufficient only if they had fuel injection and were water cooled, and were 249cc or greater (not 250cc branded 229cc bikes).

Perhaps the TM38EX? Whenever they come available…
