Bashan storm Torque specs?

The front brakes on my Bashan storm siezed and I was wondering if any one knows the Torque specs for the brakes.

Off hand, no, but I generally use CSC TT250 specs on my Hawk and it has never let me down. You can find them in their maintenance tutorials on their website.
