There is a review on Amazon that details what is needed to be done when wiring that speedometer to a Raven

I installed this on a 2023 BSR Raven 250.
The individual wires are removed from the plug with the help of a small jeweler's type screwdriver.
On the front connector just match up the colors except for the red/white wire, it needs to be joined with the blue/white wire.
FRONT: red/white to blue/white

At the rear connector once again match up the colors except for the light green/red stripe, it joins the green/red stripe wire from the wires you removed from the original plug to make the "N" light work. The blue/white wire joins the blue/white wire in the other plug at the battery position and the purple is unused.
REAR: light green/red to green/red

You will need to remove a small section of the mounting plate to allow for the wire harness (don't forget to paint your cut to prevent rust).

Everything works just fine but at 60mph on the new speedometer, the GPS speed is 55mph. I haven't tried to adjust that yet, but I will in the future.

I discovered the exact same thing with my digital dash. I have changed the tire size from 21" (actual tire size) to 19" on the dash, but have not conducted another GPS speed test. Maybe tomorrow.

My Zanella goes dark when I shift gears, doesn't matter which gear. Then going back to neutral the Zanella reboots, and all lights up, until the next gear shift.

Any thoughts / suggestions ?

Thanks, I have a few hours invested in troubleshooting.
