Electrical problem with new BD125-2

I received my new BD125-2 this morning (Powersportsmax, $850 + $320 shipping). In 3 hours I had it uncrated and assembled.

However it's totally dead electrically. No lights, no horn, no starter.

The battery is good, it shows 12.8v. Inside the battery compartment I found a fuse holder with a blown fuse. Installed the spare fuse - no help, still dead. I couldn't see any loose wires or unconnected connectors or anything else that looks wrong.

I emailed the service dept in China and hope to get a response Monday.

If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them!

Any electrical wiring going to the clutch lever/perch area, by chance? Some bikes have a safety feature where you need to pull the clutch lever in in order for the bike to start. Other bikes have a similar safety setup where the kickstand has to be down in order for the bike to start

I got it fixed. The problem turned out to be just the dead fuse.

A bad lead on my voltmeter was the rest of the problem.

Thanks for your suggestions!
